We provide domestic and commercial waste collection services. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy is written in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

6. Enquiries and quotations

When you request a quote, we use the details and photos you provide to assess the amount and type of waste, estimate a price and contact you about your booking. We do not use this information for marketing without your agreement.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only where necessary with:

• Licensed waste disposal and recycling facilities, where required for waste transfer records
• Professional advisers such as accountants and legal advisers
• Regulators, HMRC, the Environment Agency, the police or courts where required by law

8. Third-party service providers

We use third-party providers to operate our business and website, such as our website hosting provider, email provider, telephone services and WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp / Meta) when you choose to contact us that way. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

9. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information that does not lead to a booking for up to 12 months. Customer, booking and financial records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Waste transfer records are kept for at least the period required by law (currently 2 years, or longer where required).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and limit access to people who need it.
