2. Quotations
- Quotations are based on the information, descriptions and photos supplied by you.
- If the actual amount, weight, type or nature of the waste differs from what was described, we may revise the price before or during collection. We will tell you about any change before continuing, and you may decline the revised price.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Pricing and payment
- Prices may be subject to VAT where applicable.
- Payment terms will be agreed when the booking or quotation is confirmed.
- Additional charges may apply if the job differs materially from the original quotation.
4. Access
You must provide safe and reasonable access to the waste. Additional charges may apply for:
- Difficult access
- Excessive waiting time
- Failed collection attempts
- Incorrect access information
- Additional labour or collection requirements not disclosed beforehand
5. Waste types
- We collect non-hazardous waste only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing and legally permitted.
- You are responsible for accurately describing the waste before collection.
- We may refuse to collect waste that is unsafe, prohibited, hazardous or materially different from what was described.
6. Collection times
Collection dates and times, including same-day collections, are subject to availability. We will do our best to arrive within the agreed time but delays caused by traffic or events outside our control may occur.
7. Cancellations and rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule free of charge by giving us at least 24 hours notice.
- For later cancellations, or if we arrive and cannot carry out the collection, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover costs incurred, up to £50.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will tell you as soon as possible and arrange a new time or, if you prefer, refund any payment made in advance.
- Domestic customers: if you book at a distance (e.g. by phone, email, WhatsApp or online), you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
